Product

Himej grows in the wild on trees ranging in height from 10-15 meters and is a seasonal crop harvested in April and May. The tree bears fruits (small seeds) which are then collected by farmers when it naturally falls to the surface. Transforming these raw seeds to their useable form is quite tedious and takes a lot of time and effort. This seed comes in 1cm to 2cm and is black in colour. Farmers who collect and transform it bring this product to our collection centre. It is cleaned, processed, and packed for delivery.
